Health and wellness are a big part of my life.  I am looking forward to learning more from this class, my classmates, and professor.

I enjoy eating well and exercising.  My favorite form of exercise is running in the outdoors.  It gives me a sense of freedom and happiness.  I just completed my first half marathon in January.  I plan on doing a full marathon sometime in the near future.

I wish all my classmates a great semester, I look forward to meeting each and everyone of you!
